May's Quilty 365 Circles

We were super-busy this month, but I managed to keep up with my circles.
I don't know about others, but my scrap bins are just about depleted of conversation prints after passing the half-way mark in this year of circles.  A fabulous quilter's yard sale would go a long way toward fixing that dilemma!  Not that I don't actually have scraps (as if), it's just that I've already cut a circle out of all the ones I really like and want to make an appearance in this quilt!

A couple momentous days happened in May:

News of a new grandbaby on the way!

A "Really Big" birthday

And days marking the warming of the earth, and the fruitful season ahead:

Linking up with Audrey at Quilty Folk, who started this whole Quilty 365 adventure!

Great circle blocks! We have been busy too and in a couple weeks we will go to FL to help DS#2 move up here!!! He has a job as an RN at the local hospital and we're very excited.

Well done on keeping the circles ticking over. You have some great fabrics here. Will you repeat or use ones you don't like so much next? I'll cross my fingers for a quilter's yard sale for you!

I had to start sewing some of the smaller pieces together to make circles and now the whole has a very patchwork look, which I don't mind. You are so good to keep up; I'm behind because I got the bright idea to add an embroidered stitch or two to each. Oh well. Love your circles and background cloth.

I know what you mean about searching for fabric, even with a stash on hand. Its about finding THE fabric on THE day, yes?
Love the reasons behind some of the choices. It makes it so personal.
