First Blog Anniversary Celebration Giveaway!

It's been a quiet lazy kind of day, so much so that here it is 7:00 in the evening and I just realized, this is my first anniversary blogging and I had promised a giveaway to celebrate!

Well, since this was also my birthday weekend, how about two giveaways?  Thought you might like that!  So, here we go:
Here is giveaway #1, a fat quarter bundle of Pet Friendly Park by Caleb Gray for Kaufman Fabrics.  These cute fabrics would make up a sweet baby quilt top.

Or, how about a selection of six fat quarters from Robin Pandolf's Lansdown Road Collection shown here for giveaway #2?

How to enter?  Just leave a comment telling me how you plan to celebrate the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend, and which bundle would be your preference should my handsome random number generator choose your comment from the proverbial hat?  That's all there is to it!  And, I'll leave the drawing open until next Sunday evening and hopefully announce the winners the following day.

Hope you have a fabulous week, with time for quilting and all your favorite activities!

I'm first and probably not a good number to be for a random drawing but I think it's wonderful that you have written to a blog for a whole year.Happy Anniversary!!! I'm hoping, fingers crossed, my daughter and two granddaughters will be able to visit us for the 3 day weekend. We haven't seen them in a while and I miss them. Just saying this makes me happy but if I should win either would be nice but I'll pick the Robin Pandolf's Lansdown Road Collection. Don't worry if someone else picks that one I'll be happy, or the pups in the house will be happy for me to make them something with the other. :)

Our Memorial weekend is spent with family--visiting the graves of ancestors who helped settle our area, and the graves of loved ones who have passed. Usually involves 4 cemeteries within our valley. We reserve a bowery at a local park and finish the weekend with an extended family picnic, volleyball, horseshoes and a few rounds of Frisbee golf.
Though the second fabric group is beautiful, I don't have enough juvenile/novelty fabrics in my stash, so I would probably choose the first group.
Congrats on your year of blogging, and your birthday!

My plans include sewing, sorting and sending good thoughts to my best friend who will have surgery on the 31st.

I would choose the Pet Friendly pack since I spend most of my days with small kids and babies.

Double congratulations to you!!!
I'm hoping I can enter from England and of course we don't have Memorial Day weekend but it is a bank holiday for us so I'm planning on being out in my garden if the weather holds!!

Congratulations on your one year! Feels good doesn't it.
We are heading to our daughter's who recently moved to Michigan to visit and enjoy the holiday time there. Hope you have great times and plans made, too.

Congrats on your 1 yr anniversary!!
We plan on Camping in Canada. Not a holiday there so the campgrounds are great! If I should be so lucky, I would choose # 2. Thanks for the chance. :)

Congratulations! We plan to celebrate (our 38th wedding anniversary) with a road trip to The Palouse in Eastern Washington. These are great prize bundles. I can't decide. Either would be delightful!

I hope to spend Memorial Day weekend quiltmaking.
Great prize bundles. I love Robin Pandolph, but if I won, I'd choose Pet Friendly, because this weekend we needed a prayer quilt for a little girl and had to settle for something with a few polka dots that wasn't very child like. (Only 11 quilts left and next dedication is 6/16 or so; we need to have a sewing spree.)
Congratulations on your blogging anniversary. I've so enjoyed reading your blog.

After all the traveling and retreating I've done recently, I'm very much looking forward to relaxing at home for Memorial Day weekend! Maybe throw a few steaks on the grill and download a classic movie - that's the life!!!

Congratulations on your birthday and your blogiversary! Two very important milestones, indeed =^..^=

Well, hope I'm not disqualified because I forgot to say which fabric bundle I preferred :^O #1 choice would be the Pandolph prints, but the kid's prints would be great too since I have 2 grandchildren under the age of 2 and another on the way :*)

I am going to spend the weekend with my Mom as penance for not doing so for Mother's Day. (She does live 280 miles away). I have a friend who would adore the Pandolph fabrics so if I win, I will re-gift.

My weekend which started yesterday, will be full of: quilting, sewing, organizing the sewing room and guest bedroom, planting the garden, mowing, watching the birds in the backyard fuss over all the bird seed left for them, traveling to Sisters Oregon and taking a detour to the quilt shop. Really having an enjoyable weekend. :^) Thank you for the give away fabrics and congratulations on your special days!!! I love both selections if I am one of the lucky two. Take care and have a lovely weekend!!!
